
New York State LitTree created the “What Are You Reading?” program in response to the National Endowment for the Arts Report on Reading in America. The purpose of the program is to encourage reading and discussion of books among friends and acquaintances.
For the LitTree program, participants may:
If participants choose to do so, they may send a copy of their comments to nyslittree@stny.rr.com, with What Are You Reading? In the subject line. Comments may then be used, anonymously, as a springboard for an online forum about the book.
